    Returns and Exchanges

    How many days do I have to return an item for exchange?

    We can accept an exchange up to 14 days from the Tax Invoice date.

    How do I return my goods and start an exchange process?

    Return the item in person to our store or contact a team member at our store for further advice on how best to exchange a product via return shipping.

    Is there a cost to ship my item back for exchange?

    You must pay for the cost of return shipping and must also pay for the cost to ship an exchanged product to you. These costs are borne by the customer.

    Can I use my own packaging?

    All products must be returned in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. The returned product must be in saleable condition, unworn or unused with all original packaging or tags attached and where the product seal and packaging is not broken or tampered with.

    Do I need to include the Tax Invoice?

    You are required to present either a hardcopy or electronic copy of the Tax Invoice.

    Do you offer a store credit?

    Yes, we offer a store credit for all products returned to our store in person. We do not offer store credits for online purchase that cannot be returned to our store in person.
